Dreadful weight loss story
Today I’m going
to share with you a terrible weight loss story of mine, last year in 2016, when
I was rapidly gaining weight, everyone was saying me like “what happened to you
Aniqa? Why you are gaining weight day by day? These questions freaking me out
and I got stressed because of stress I started eating more and gained rather
than losing weight. At last, I had decided to follow a diet plan and workout
along with some home remedies of losing weight. I saw in a morning show that along
with diet plan if I start taking vegetable soup than it will helpful for me to
lose my fats rapidly.
So I had started
to follow a diet plan which is :
I was taking
a proper diet started my day with oats took it in breakfast than Fruits in brunch,
took 3 pieces of Bran bread with any Oil less dish or sometimes just salad in
lunch and then in the middle of lunch and dinner I took hot soup of bitter
melon, tomato, pumpkin, Ginger, Garlic along with cinnamon powder. Than in
dinner I took 2 piece of Bran bread with any Oil less Dish. I was avoiding
Rice, potato and everything that I could do. I was also doing exercises in the
morning.
After 3
weeks, I was feeling sick and I had faced some stomach problems like
constipation, Bloating, indigestion and pain in the left side.
So I consulted
with a doctor, after doing some test, he diagnosed me jaundice, splenomagaly (enlarge
of spleen), Oil in the lining of Gall bladder. Yes that was a terrible time for
me. Doctor said that because you were doing a lot of things together that’s why
your body losing fats rapidly and abnormally so you fall sick. Reason of splenomogaly
was over doing of exercise , reason of problems in Gall bladder was losing fats
rapidly and fats gathered on the lining of gall bladder.
Diet plan wasn’t
helpful for me to losing my weight but because of these diseases I had suffered 6 months and lost 15 kg. Before it I was 78 kg now I am 63 kg.The most problematic thing which makes me sad that now I am feeling weak day by day and still
suffering from some issues.
It’s a humble
request to all who wants to lose weight within a month or a week , it’s
impossible to lose weight within a month or week , so try some healthy diet or
its better to consult with a dietitian before following any of the diet plans.
